

Radio is the sound of summer
As the days heat up, Aussies are turning up the AC - and the radio. Commercial radio remains hot property, with the 25-54 audience growing 5.5% across summer. It's also when these high-value consumers have the most headspace from brands to cut through.
The numbers tell the story: time spent listening to weekend breakfast is up+ 2%, whilst time spent listening to weekend drive is surging +11%, and overall reach 10+ stays strong all season long.
From long road trips to lazy weekends, summer delivers more listeners, not less. While some other media habits take a holiday, radio keeps audiences swicthed on and engaged.
This is the sound of summer success. And it's playing on commercial radio.
