CRA’s website is hosted on HubSpot, which uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure engagement, and support our communications. Cookies may collect information about your device, browser, IP address, and how you interact with our content (e.g. page visits, links clicked, time spent)

How do we collect your personal information and why? 

1. When you make inquiries or provide feedback via the Website – all information provided by you to us and which may include your name, address, email address, phone numbers and fax number; and 
2. When you enter a competition – all information provided by you to us and which may include your name, address, email address, and contact telephone numbers; 
3. As part of your use of or participation in CRA affiliated products, services and events.  

We will inform you of the purpose for which the information is being collected and if any, the organisations (or types of organisations to which the information may be disclosed. 

How will we use the Personal Information we collect? 

Generally, we will only use the personal information we collect for the primary purpose for which that information has been collected, or for a closely-related business purpose. This includes providing access to events, responding to inquiries, sending updates you have subscribed to, and analysing user interaction to improve our services.

1. Digital advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn) for targeted campaign delivery
2. Member radio networks and publishers for advertising and content distribution
3. Analytics and marketing technology providers
4. Other media partners for campaign delivery

1. Our members and business associates where necessary to provide services
2. Professional advisers and regulatory bodies
3. Any party with your consent or as required by law

How we will handle the Personal Information we have about you? 

We will take reasonable steps to ensure the secure storage of any personal information provided to us via the Website. Such personal information will be stored in a secure electronic environment accessible only to people working at or for CRA. That information may also be printed and stored in paper form. All staff and contractors of CRA are required to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information to which they have access.
